Executive Communication & Leadership Advisory

Strategic partnership for leaders where communication shapes outcomes.

I work alongside founders and senior leaders operating in fast-moving, international environments. We sharpen how decisions are framed, how authority lands, and how leadership communication holds under pressure.

This is not language training. It is not generic coaching. This is decision-grade advisory.

Offered on a limited retainer basis to ensure depth, speed, and discretion.

Common signals this is needed

  • Decisions stall because conversations don’t converge.
  • Strategic intent gets softened in discussion.
  • Stakeholders interpret your message differently than you intended.
  • Presence feels inconsistent when stakes rise.

The product is not sessions. It is clarity, judgment, and strategic leverage in real moments.

What this advisory is

Executive advisory is an ongoing strategic partnership focused on high-stakes communication. We work on real situations: meetings, decisions, presentations, messaging, and stakeholder dynamics. The goal is simple: communication that carries authority and moves outcomes forward.

Decision framing

Clear openings, clean logic, sharper conclusions, fewer loops.

Authority & presence

The message lands with weight, even in fast rooms.

Stakeholder alignment

Reduce misinterpretation across teams, cultures, and functions.

Pressure patterns

Stop overthinking and dilution from hijacking delivery.

Guiding principle

Leaders don’t need more tactics. They need to stop solving the wrong problem. This work diagnoses what is actually breaking, then installs structure that holds.

Who this is for

This is typically for founders, CEOs, managing directors, and senior leaders operating in English-speaking business environments. You are already capable. The issue is not competence. The issue is how communication is being interpreted when it matters most.

Most common contexts

  • Board, investor, or senior leadership communication
  • Leading international teams through change
  • High-stakes presentations and strategic messaging
  • Cross-cultural friction, ambiguity, or misalignment

Not a fit if you are looking for grammar correction, general Business English, or open-ended coaching without consequences.

How we work

This work is situational. We work with what is actually happening right now. The process is direct: diagnose, structure, implement, reinforce.

Typical cadence:
Two advisory sessions per month, plus async access for critical moments.

  1. Step 1

    Diagnose what is actually breaking

We identify the real constraint behind the surface issue. Often the issue is not “communication.” It is framing, hierarchy, ambiguity, pressure response, or misaligned intent.

  2. Step 2

    Install structure that holds

We build decision-grade structures: how you open, position, challenge, summarize, and close. This reduces drift and protects authority.

  3. Step 3

    Apply it in real moments

We work on your actual meetings, presentations, messaging, and stakeholder conversations. The work is tuned to your context, not generic advice.

  4. Step 4

    Make it durable

We reinforce patterns so your communication stays clear when time is short and pressure is high. You leave with repeatable structures, not a temporary boost.

Engagement details

Advisory partnerships are offered on a limited retainer basis. This ensures depth of support, speed of response, and high-quality attention.

Typical structure

Six-month advisory engagement
Two high-focus advisory sessions per month
Direct access for critical moments between sessions

Investment: Six-month engagements begin at €15,000 depending on scope, visibility, and stakeholder complexity.

If a retainer is not the right starting point, a Strategy Intensive may be recommended after the fit conversation.

FAQ

Is this coaching?

It’s advisory-led. Coaching can show up inside implementation, but the core value is strategic partnership: diagnosis, framing, and decision-grade communication in real situations.

Do you only work in English?

Most work is delivered in English because the environments are international. The focus is not language teaching. The work is leadership communication, structure, and influence.

How do we start?

Start with a Strategic Fit Conversation. We clarify your environment, what’s at stake, and the most appropriate next step.

What if I don’t want a six-month commitment?

That happens. In those cases, I may recommend a Strategy Intensive as a standalone intervention. If ongoing support is needed, we move into a retainer.
