About Me
I create, I connect, and I try to leave people a little better than I found them.
I’m Daniel Guzman. At my core, I love to create, to connect, and to leave people a little better than I found them.
I was born in Chile, raised in the U.S., and now I call Germany home. That mix of cultures shaped how I see the world, not through one language, one lens, or one way of living, but through many.

Spanish was my first language. When my family moved to the U.S., I had to learn English from scratch. Later, in my thirties, I moved to Germany and had to start over again in German.
That experience changed everything. I don’t just teach English from the perspective of a native speaker, I lived what my clients are living. I know the frustration of trying to express yourself in another language, having the ideas but not the words. And I know what it takes to move from struggling to be understood, to speaking with confidence and presence.
That’s why my coaching goes beyond grammar or vocabulary. I understand communication from the inside out, the mechanics, the mindset, and the courage it takes to put yourself out there.
Before coaching, I was a musician. I toured, wrote songs, recorded albums, and lived the life of a performer. Music taught me how to use rhythm, tone, and presence to move people, lessons I carry with me every time I step into a room or onto a stage.
Life also tested me in ways I never expected. My daughter was born with a birth defect, and resilience became more than just a word, it became survival. Moving across countries and cultures forced me to adapt, start over, and redefine who I was. And like many entrepreneurs, I spent years “stuck in phase one” — great at starting, but struggling to break through into stability.
Every setback shaped the way I work with people today. I don’t just talk about resilience and adaptability. I’ve lived them.

Today, I bring all of this into my work as the founder of We Speak Success. I coach leaders and professionals in Germany and across Europe to communicate with clarity, confidence, and impact in English.
I run corporate workshops that help multicultural teams align, trust, and communicate better. I work one-on-one with executives who need to show up powerfully in global business. And I’m building Stories Out Loud, a media platform where I share human stories of resilience, connection, and creativity.
I’m also stepping fully into keynote speaking, with talks like Real Communication in the Age of Artificial Intelligence, where I combine my experience as a performer, coach, and storyteller to inspire audiences around the world.
For years, I felt like I was always building, always restarting, never quite breaking through. That’s the story I’m rewriting now. My vision is clear: to create a sustainable business, to support my family, and to build a platform that empowers people everywhere to adapt, connect, and thrive.
Because at the end of the day, my mission is simple:
